Hey team and readers, we will be having a team run Saturday, 8/7/10, at 7 am in West Jordan. We will be doing a little trail running, guessing around 8 miles! All are welcome! For those of you thinking about joining, please come meet the group a run with us a couple times. We love the company and are always looking for new team mates. Thanks Paul for the trail idea.
